Privacy Policy

TT is a personal planner. Your tasks, calendar activities and tracked time stay on your device. We do not run servers, we do not have accounts, and we cannot see your data.

The short version. No account. No analytics. No advertising. No tracking. No data is sent to us or to any third party. Everything TT stores, it stores on your iPhone — and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own private Apple iCloud account, which we have no access to.

1. Who we are

TT ("the app") is published by nullhumanoidai ("we", "us"). You can reach us at nullhumanoidai@gmail.com. This policy explains what the app does with information on your device.

2. Information we collect

We collect nothing. TT has no backend, no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no crash-reporting service. No information about you or your use of the app is transmitted to us.

3. Information the app stores on your device

The app saves the following locally so it can work. This data never leaves your device except as described in section 5.

Deleting the app removes all of it from your device.

4. Device permissions the app may ask for

Every permission is optional. The app works without them; the related feature simply stays off. Nothing obtained through a permission is sent to us.

Calendars — to display your existing iOS calendar events (iCloud, Google, Exchange and so on) alongside your activities, and, only after you choose a calendar to write to, to add TT activities to it. Events are read on your device for display only.
Contacts — only when you build a sharing group. The app receives only the people you explicitly pick. It does not read or upload your address book.
Face ID / Touch ID — to unlock the app when you turn on "Require unlock". Authentication is handled entirely by iOS; the app is only told whether it succeeded, and never receives your biometric data.
Photos (add only) — to save a checklist wallpaper image to your photo library when you ask for one. The app cannot read your existing photos.
Notifications — to deliver the reminders you set. Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS. There are no push notifications from a server.

You can change or revoke any of these at any time in the iOS Settings app, under Privacy & Security or under TT.

5. iCloud sync

If your build has iCloud sync enabled and you turn it on, your activities, steps, time entries and preferences are mirrored through your own private Apple iCloud account so your devices stay in step. That data is stored in your private CloudKit database and Apple's key-value store. We have no access to it and cannot read, export or recover it. Its handling is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Turning iCloud off for TT in iOS Settings stops the sync; the app keeps working from the copy on your device.

6. Sharing a list

When you share, print, copy or export a list, the app hands the content to the iOS share sheet and you choose where it goes — Mail, Messages, another app, a printer. The destination app's own privacy policy then applies. TT does not send anything on your behalf and keeps no record of what you shared.

7. Third parties

TT includes no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution or tracking libraries. We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we do not receive any. The app displays no ads and contains no tracking identifiers (no IDFA, no ATT prompt).

8. Children

TT is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and collects no information from anyone, including children.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over personal data a company holds about you. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete. You retain full control of the data on your device: you can edit or delete any item in the app, and deleting the app erases everything it stored. If you use iCloud sync, you can manage or delete that data in iOS Settings under your Apple Account → iCloud.

10. Data security

Your data is protected by iOS itself — device encryption, the app sandbox, and, if you enable it, biometric unlock. Because nothing is transmitted to us, there is no server-side store of your information to be breached.

11. Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above changed with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
