TT (TaskTimer) for iOS

Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and nullhumanoidai ("we", "us") for the TT iOS app. By downloading or using TT, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TT on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. The app is licensed, not sold.

2. What you may not do

3. Your content

Everything you put into TT — tasks, activities, notes, time entries — is yours. We claim no ownership of it and, as set out in the Privacy Policy, we have no access to it. You are responsible for what you store and for having the right to store it.

4. Backups are your responsibility

TT keeps your data on your device. If you lose, reset, sell or damage the device, delete the app, or restore it without a backup, your data is gone and we cannot recover it — we never had a copy. Use iCloud Backup, an encrypted local backup, or the app's iCloud sync where available, and export anything you cannot afford to lose.

5. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, and may stop supporting older versions of iOS or the app itself. We do not promise the app will be available without interruption or free of defects. Some features depend on services we do not control — Apple's iCloud, the iOS calendar, notification delivery — and may be unavailable for reasons outside our control.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, that reminders will always be delivered on time, or that it will be error-free. Do not rely on TT as the sole reminder for anything safety-critical, medical, legal or financial.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or, if the app was free, to EUR 50.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party services

The app can display data from and write to services you have set up on your device, such as your iOS calendars and iCloud. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to it — including product liability, any failure to conform to a legal requirement, and claims under consumer protection or privacy law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Purchases and refunds

Any paid download, subscription or in-app purchase is sold through the App Store and billed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; we cannot issue them. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

11. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. We may terminate it if you materially breach these terms. Sections 3, 6, 7, 9 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at your place of residence having jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
