Something not working, or a question the app does not answer? Write to us — a real person reads every message.

We usually reply within two working days. It helps if you say which iPhone or iPad you are using, which version of iOS, and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. TT has no sign-in, no account and no password. Everything you write is stored on your device from the moment you type it.

Where is my data kept?

On your iPhone or iPad, and nowhere else. We run no servers and cannot see, export or recover your tasks. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Do my tasks appear on my other devices?

Not in this version. Each device keeps its own list. If you move to a new device, restore it from an iPhone or iCloud backup and your tasks come across with the app. Syncing between devices is planned for a future update.

How do I show my calendar events in TT?

Add the account to iOS first — Settings app → Apps → Calendar → Accounts — then open the Calendar tab in TT, tap the sync button, and tick the calendars you want to read. To write your activities back out, pick a calendar to write to and turn on two-way sync for that account.

Calendar access is optional. TT works fully without it.

Can I stop certain days from syncing?

Yes. In the sync screen, turn on Limit to a date range, choose a start and end day, then tick Skip certain days to deselect any days you would rather keep to yourself. Nothing outside the range, and nothing you deselect, is read from or written to your calendar.

A reminder did not arrive.

Check that notifications are allowed for TT in the Settings app → Apps → TT → Notifications, then in TT under Settings → Notifications. Reminders are scheduled by iOS on your device; if notifications are switched off at the system level, nothing can fire.

How do I get my data out?

Settings → Privacy → Export writes an archive of your activities, steps and tracked time that you can save or send anywhere through the iOS share sheet. Individual lists can also be shared, printed or copied from the To-Do page.

I bought Pro on another device, or reinstalled the app.

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so anything you have bought comes back at no further charge.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled in the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. TT appears there as TT Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple — we cannot issue them.

What does Pro include?

Goals and milestones, two-way calendar sync, statistics, Siri and Shortcuts, widget themes, focus sounds, and more. Reminders, checklists, the calendar, the timer and the stopwatch are all free. Pro is available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Can I lock the app?

Yes — Settings → Privacy → Require unlock puts TT behind Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Your device must have a passcode set for the option to appear.

Finished tasks are disappearing.

That is Settings → Privacy → Clear tasks after, which tidies away completed work older than the window you choose. Set it to Never to keep everything. Unfinished tasks are never removed, however old.

How do I delete everything?

Deleting the app removes every task, time entry and setting it stored. There is no copy anywhere else, so export first if you want to keep any of it.

Reporting a problem

Bugs, crashes, a translation that reads badly, or a feature you wish existed — all of it is welcome at nullhumanoidai@gmail.com. TT is made by one developer; feedback genuinely changes what gets built next.
